Does an RPU (CR-1) cover all domestic segments on an international itinerary?

Does an RPU (CR-1) cover all domestic segments on an international itinerary?
I'm flying HNL-DEN-IAD-GVA next week and requested an RPU (CR-1) for HNL-DEN, which was waitlisted for a few days but cleared at T-168, exactly 7 days before take off. My question is shouldn't the RPU cover the DEN-IAD segment as well? I'm flying L class on the outbound.
