System wide upgrades.... when?

I passed 100,000 miles a couple weeks ago. The 6 promised system wide upgrades still haven't shown up in my account. Am now in Beijing. I will be on the big hop from Tokyo to Houston on Jan 7th, and was hoping to use one of them.

When do they show up, and when can I use them??

If you search other threads you will see that it is common for SWU's to post 7-14 days after crossing 100,000 miles. You can use them immediately after they post. You can use them as soon as they show up on your account. If it has been more than two weeks I would suggest calling the Elite priority line.

I spoke with the OPSC yesterday and the rep said that they are posting on either the first or second Sunday after you hit 100,000. Others can chime in if that's correct, but I will be keeping an eye out for mine tomorrow. I hit 100K on 12/26; so we'll see what happens

I suggest that the OP contacts CO on next week before his flight.

That would make sense. My last flight (that I got credit for) that put me over 1K was on 12/10, and my SWUs were deposited on Sunday, 12/25.

I hit 100k on 12/19 so hopefully I'll get them on the 2nd Sunday after that which would be Sunday, January 1, 2012. That would be great since, like the OP, I have a flight on 1/7.

I'm going HNL-GUM-NRT, with a 21 hour layover in GUM. If I apply the SWU will I get upgraded the whole way to NRT or just to GUM?

Would you mind posting to this thread tomorrow and let us know if they get credited to your account?

Crossed 100k on 12/15. Got my additional 2 regionals last week but still nothing on the SWU's. Was told by both the elite line and the SC that it can take 3 weeks.

I passed my 100K on 12/19. As of today - Jan 2 - still no SWUs posted. But did have a surprise - status changed to Presidential Plat. On system conversion does this convert to Global Services for 2012?? That would be most cool. That's worth another quick circumnavigation for Feb/Mar!

This may be due to a glitch with the website. There is another thread on that topic.

The SWUs did not get credited today and it is now the 2nd Sunday after I crossed 100k. It would be really nice to get them before my trip on 1/7.

On the plus side, my OnePass status has been raised to Presidential Platinum, and there's no way I spent enough last year to deserve that

I also crossed 1K on 12/26. So far no SWUs OR CR1s.

I theoretically requalified with the combining of UA and CO eq miles. But not sure when the two programs will actually match to issue the upgrades.

As has been discussed on here many times, yours will most likely appear the night of the 8th.
