NRT transfer question

I am traveling IAH-NRT-CAN next week. CO, IAH-NRT and NH, NRT-CAN. From what I have found on the NRT airport guide it appears that the NRT transfer will be within South Wing, Terminal 1 and inside security. Does anyone know if this assumtion is accurate?

I believe that is correct. My recent CO to ANA connection in NRT was seamless.

It is fairly seamless and a short walk, but you do need to go through security again, which means no water bottles.

Thank you. Was a little concerned becuase I will have only 1 hr-25 min. (not my booking choice) Sounds like it should not be a problem if we don't arrive late.

Should be easy transfer

Lots of flights land at once so I usually go through security as mentioned right away. Then only a 5-10 min walk at most down to NH gates.

It's more like security lite Much faster than regular security lines.
