LH K fares do not earn in the Mileage Plus program per the rules. They do credit as of what is currently published for the Continental OnePass program so I'd try to submit them there for credit. You can connect your CO and UA accounts and get the points in the end.

Sounds like CO is trying to enforce their desired new policy of not providing credit for that fare based on it being at the bottom of the fare hierarchy. But with it still being listed on their website (see link above) they should provide credit. Call the OPSC and explain to them that it is listed on their site and that they should honor that.

Now that the CO website is updated with LH K not earning miles anymore, was anyone able to get these miles credited the past few months?

Need some help! I travelled last october from MIA-DEL return on K class ticket on Lufthansa. No miles post on my Onepass so far. Have already sent eticket and bording pass and nothing else.
I´m definately going to suit Onepass/Lufthansa for those miles not posted to my Onepass account.
Since CO website has been updated with LH K not earning miles anymore, does anyone have the last chart, where it shows that K class on LH was eligible for earning miles, that could send me? I need that as a proof on court.

I had the same problem and just got off the phone with the OnePass Sevice Center. They said there was an issue with LH changing the classes they would give miles for, but never told CO. Said that they had so many complaints about it that they are going to go ahead and give the credit.

She filled out a form to submit to a team set up for this purpose. I've been trying to get these miles credited for almost 2 months, so not sure that I really believe they will actually appear in my account. Time will tell. :rolleyes:

So my advice is to call them back, insist that they give you the credit by submitting the form. Good luck
