I will be flying first on Continental from Tampa to Houston and economy on Continental from Houston to New Orleans. Am I eligible for lounce access at Houston?

Also, what does a light snack entail usually for a morning flight?

Unless you buy a day pass, no. Domestic First Class does not include lounge access.

If you are *Gold on any *A airline other than UA/US/CO then yes.

If you have a long layover at IAH, then you can cosider buying a one-time lounge access pass at the United Club. They were offering a special promotion for $19, but not sure if it is still going on.

Not anymore - that was for only October for that day entry only.
