Fare Class ZH?
 

Flew IAH to ANC on a paid first class ticket.

The 2 flights segment up were booked in Z I received 150% EQM for the flights... but on the way back.. it says fare class ZH and only gave me 100% EQM... could not find anything on onepass website about this fare class.

Anyone have any idea what that fare class is? Should I call them about it?

After looking at the ticket, it says my flights up were booked in Z and back in A? I can't find any reference to fare class A on their website....

The return was almost certainly a HUAUP1 fare which prices as H and books into A in the forward cabin.

The ZH entry on your statement means it was an H fare that was upgraded.

Seth is probably correct, but I have also had occasions where a B fare was upgraded and the new fare code did not receive the proper 150% credit. Just email OP and ask that they check it. If you can reference your original receipt, that would help.

It looks like CO has problems handling A fares right now. See also this thread.

Yes, they are. It is being worked on as I understand it. They're definitely not 0% earners so anyone who has that issue right now will see it fixed. But some of the other details are still being ironed out.
