One Pass System Down
 

Just on with PPlat line (trying to work out a major snafu with a canceled CO nonstop today on a mixed UA/CO itinerary to a CO/UA connection, and the agent told me the One Pass system is down. As in - she couldn't pull up my record with my OP number. I had to give her the CO res number for her to find it. She said it will be a mess, particularly at the airport trying to clear upgrades, and that Elite flyers should be sure to bring their Elite card (along with their reservation numbers) with them if they don't already have their BP's.

Can anyone else confirm this?

I'm able to look at my account on-line and flight activity posted yesterday from a trip taken on Thursday.

I've been trying to apply UA's SWUs since last night, and I've been told to try to call back in a couple hours. Now I can see them in my OP account, but that's it.
The system still has the problem, and I can't do any further.
