Delay in mileage posting to OnePass account
 

Flights flown on Saturday June 25 - still no posting of mileage. I typically see these post within three days.

Chase Continental Presidential Plus statement dated June 19 - still no posting of mileage.

Anyone else seeing delays in posting of mileage?

I also flew on Saturday, June 25 but that hasn't posted yet. But June 27 did post. Not sure what to think. I figured I'll give it a week (that's coming up) and call in or fill out the form.

I flew on June 24 and 25, still no miles.

Flew on 23rd and 26th, miles posted fine.

June 24th only just posted within the last hour, after other flights on CM, UA, and CO on the 25th and 27th posted a couple days ago. I was getting worried but it worked out. I assume it was just some sort of temporary glitch; just be a little patient and I'm sure it will all post just fine.

My 25th June flight just posted overnight. I agree it was probably temporary but for those of us with OCD who check our mileage, it was painful.

And one of my flights from the 20th still hasn't posted, although the other one from the same day and all my later flights have.

I tried to use the website to request the miles, but the ticket number on my boarding pass has 14 numbers instead of 13, so the system won't process it. I know I'll have to call into the OPSC to fix it but thought that ticket number discrepancy was kind of interesting. Of course I know where the mix up came from - I flew this flight standby.

i flew on 6/21 from EWR-LHR with Mrs infomark and tribe. We sat on the tarmac for two hours due to weather missed my BMI connection to DUB and were put on waitlist for latter flight. next flight was at 1pm and oversold and next was at 5pm and open. (thought of 9 hours plus with two small kids at the terminal no fun) About 5 mins before the 1 pm flight left we told to hurry down to the gates as an incoming flight was delayed and a family of 4 was going to miss this flight, bad for them good for us. lots of madness at the gate they got us onboard ,but in the last miniute shuffle the GA took my boarding pass. alls well we got on the flight! FYI, every single member of the BMI staff right down the line were all fantastic, amazingly friendly and very helpful. OK fast forward to yesterday the 30th I called One Pass as miles had not posted, and I do not have my boarding pass anymore. I was told they currently see me in the system as having flown, But I cannot alert them as to missing miles for 15 days. the fact i do no not have the boarding pass anymore, should I be concerned that I will lose my mileage for this segment?

Flew CO 34 IAH-LHR on 6/22, it posted within a day or two as usual. Flew CO 5 LHR-IAH on 6/25, still hasn't posted 6 days later, highly unusual.

Ditto...MSP-EWR-DUB on 6/25 still hasn't posted for me either. Of course I've thrown both BPs....typical!

As an aside, I arrived in DUB and my checked luggage ended up in SJO!!!

CO's computers must have all been on the fritz last weekend!

My flights from 6/24 and 6/25 just posted. Not sure if due to sending ticket no's yesterday or just a slow system. You can check your ticket number from email flight reservation confirmation, if you went that route..

Just checked again and I was completely wrong.

Mileage from 6/28 posted but my flight on 6/25 has not posted yet. Interesting.

My 6/27 and 7/1 posted, but stil no 6/25.

My 6/26 and 6/27 posted, but my two flights on 6/25 still has not posted:confused:

My 6/30 LHR flight just posted within the past hour. Got me to 68K EQM, too
