Okay, I really have about 50K EQMs this year, but according to this, I certainly deserve some SWUs! That would be a change that I like...

I do like the fact that I had -4 EQPs at the start of the month. I've been flying backwards recently. ;)

Let’s see, 430,000 EQM's – that’s 6 SWU’s for the first 100k, then an additional 2 for every 50k thereafter – looks like you should have 18 total SWU’s! Hope you're cashing them in as fast as you can!!

I just looked at my statement and it is messed up as well. Granted, I don't fly CO very much, but it has put my lifetime miles in the 'Beginning Balance as of' column and then added my recent activity. Unfortunately, even with my lifetime miles in there it isn't enough to qualify for CO Gold.

I printed a copy of the page to use next year when the partnership between CO and Amex is gone and I have no status on UA/CO. I doubt it will work, but it is worth a try.

I wonder how long it will take them to fix the glitch.
