Broken IFE
 
Was in first class iah to ewr. My directtv kept changing channels every 60 seconds and would glitch about every 30 making it unwatchable. Does CO have something similar to united.com/appreciation? Or am I SOL in the compensation department.

SOL. CO rarely hands out those certs.
