Get on VDB list during online check in?
Hi I've been offered the prompt to volunteer before on a Continental Operated flight, but only at the Check-In machines at the airport.
Is this same functionality available online? Like if my flight is oversold, I can get added to the volunteers list during online check-in?

So this was at the airport? Not during Online Check in?
I'm just wondering because I'm on a IAD-IAH-EZE flight and I really wouldn't mind the IAD-EZE direct.
I'm hoping for a bump as the IAD-IAH flight is currently zeroed out, and I wanted to maximize my chances of getting said bump.
