I have an award tkted in BF Outbound and Coach Inbounding Waitlist for BF, CO took out the proper amount of miles for a r/t BF tkt

There are apx 10 BF seats open , how does CO fill them if someone is on the WL for an Upgrade will they get the fill before I will? Does it come out of teh same bucket for teh UP as for the free tkt?

I know day of to present myself as a misplaced Business passenger but most likely that would mean getting to the airport hrs before I usually would and with being an hour away and having to return the rental car with a 11am departure, I was sort of hoping that CO would process someone like me before issuing an Upgrade but I understand that I wont be giving them any additional $$$ while most likely it will be apx $500 extra for CO if they take care of the passenger wanting the UP
