CO Status Match: Should have gone with UA?
Should I have chosen to do an elite status match with united instead of continental?

The only difference is what airline you get your upgrade instruments on (that is, if you're going to cross 75k). There was a hope that Plats who matched to 1K would earn the quarterly CR1s, but UA said we weren't worthy 
Other than that, doesn't matter.
