Am i missing something?

Is it me... or are there never any CO direct reward flights available for redemption via their website. Whenever I do a search, all I get is US Air or CO connecting. What am i missing here?

dinoscool3 Feb 10, 2011 4:24 pm

what route?

Yes. The origin and the destination.

Um, no, there're direct reward flights available.

As noted above, dates would help as well as how many points you have and class of service and all those usual details.

CO isn't big on releasing award seats... thus NonePass.

I have been trying to get EWR-POP 12/09 (EDIT - Sorry wrong date listed) r/t 12/16 reward. Website shows nothing available.

Called and they say "our screen shows easypass; nothing on yours??" I said no that's why i called. They cliamed they would "look into it."

I am already booked on a PAID seat and when I choose my seats I was the 12th passenger on the WHOLE plane.

SO I called because something didn't seem right.

Still has not been fixed on their website 48hrs later.

Edited, but problem is the same regardless.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Thanks

I'd have asked them to book it when i was on the phone.

I checked the CO timetable, and don't think CO offers a flight to POP from EWR on the 6th december, maybe this is why? Perhaps they don't serve this route daily. Timetable does show flights on the 16th. Expert flyer doesn't show a direct or fully CO serviced flight down either, nor on the 5th, but do have a direct POP EWR marked daily. odd... unless it's seasonal and starts sometime after the 6th.

There is something odd going on...

There is (Green) availability on EWR-POP on 12/2, 12/4, 12/9 and 12/11... but it not easy to see... and the website will not show you the itineraries (November is fine).

If you search with 11/27 out and 12/16 back everything is fine.. and you can see lots of availability in December (both ways).

Doing a search with 12/2 out and 12/16 back will not show you anything.

As I said I am already booked on a PAID ticket for the 9th and r/t on the 16th, so yes it is available.

Just tried again:

EWR-POP 12/09 r/t 12/016 reward. Nothing.

Called service center they show availability on their screens and seemed puzzled why I could not see it.

(I did NOT book anymore seats, because they onlyhave EasyPass avail....)

I had them log a error, but like the other day, I am doubtful it will be noticed.

Who can we email?

goetzphi Feb 11, 2011 8:35 am

by the way, i was making a general comment... i was looking to burn some miles for a vaca and can find nothing

Yeah, lately nearly all of my searches have zero availability at the low levels on CO, but plenty on UA or US.

CO OnePass program has nickname NonePass for a reason.:eek:
