Internal Server Error - Read
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Reference #3.c576aad1.1295882741.70c7ffa |
It started about 10 minutes ago. I got a strange message when trying to log in and then a minute later g:eek:t this when I tried again:

Quite frustrating. The frigid morning has made booking a trip to someplace warm A#1 priority this morning but C:rolleyes:.com is making that VERY difficult to accomplish.

The pair of AA batteries they were using to backup their mainframe must have run out of juice.
10:30 ET edit - Just tried it and it seems to be working |
I wonder how much money CO loses each minute it is down.

PDA appears to be down as well (not too surprising), or its my crappy phone.
|
Honestly, how could they not have a better contingency system in place?
How isn't this site clustered and virtually fail-proof? |

Partially up now, but the calendar pick tool is broken on the reservation page. Brutal. Nice work, CO!

It almost certainly is clustered. That only helps if the code supporting it is clean and functional. If the code is bad all the hardware redundancy in the world doesn't help. You just have a more highly available failed system.
