Mileage Upgrade Error
 
Hi everyone,

A few weeks ago I requested a mileage upgrade on CO.com for an upcoming itinerary. It was waitlist only, but I went for it. When I did, it came back with an error and told me to call in. I looked at the reservation and the waitlisted leg appeared, and I called and they said everything is fine. However, no miles were ever deducted from my account. I called in again and asked, and they confirmed again that it's fine. I'm concerned it's not really there. Am I tripping?

You may be tripping ....but there also may be a problem.


When you log in to Co.com and view your reservation do you see an additional leg in red letter saying "This segment is waitlisted." ?
