Depends on route and day/time. EWR to West Coast is hard for EUA. IAH-EWR also hard.

For longer haul flights - IAH to secondary cities are easier. ie. IAH-LAX is hard EUA, IAH-ONT is easier EUA.

Saturday nights are easier as well.

SAP or SAL to IAH is easier than SJO-IAH. But I prefer to live near SJO;)

+1. I've had excellent luck with PHL-IAH-PHL.
