Onepass reward ticket
hey guys,I'm new here and need some advice from you.I redeemed Onepass miles to ANA reward ticket, here is my question,my ANA flight will arrive at NRT at 5:05,and my next flight(not reward ticket) operated by Air Canada will leave at 5:55,so if there something goes wrong I missed my connecting flight, which airline should I deal with?Should I contact CO,coz the issued the ticket;or ANA,because of their delay? Thanks guys in advance for your help.Any input is appreciated.

If you miss the connection then no one is liable other than you. No carrier will take responsibility for missing flights between different PNRs like that. And a 50 minute connection in NRT is begging for trouble even if it was all on one PNR.
Is the NH ticket a domestic itinerary or international? If domestic then you've got to clear outbound immigration, too, which is going to take time.
And how did you plan to meet the AC check-in cut-off time not being in the airport until 50 minutes prior to departure?
You've set yourself up for a pretty major failure here IMO.

The only one who is responsible in this situation is you. If you have separate tickets, then you need to change or pay penalty on your own, should ANA flight be delayed.
Leaving 50minutes on two separate tickets, is not recommended, even no insurace covers this. On regional flights, for instance, insurance kicks in if you have left at least 3hr gap between two flights, if they are on separate tickets.
Here is also point of reference, for the case if it would be one ticket:
[KVS Availability Tool 5.7.4/Diamond - Reference: Minimum Connection Time [MCT]: NRT/NH-AC]
I hope your Air Canada ticket is flexible and I would strongly recommend to rebook yourself on later AirCanada flight.

DLC-NRT NH904
NRT-YVR AC4
But as was said, it leaves little room for error.
1) check in online for AC
2) get to DLC early and ask NH to check your luggage through to AC. They should do it but you need to leave plenty of time to check in.
Good luck. It is not something I would try!

It does appear that your connection is a legal connection:
