transfer CO miles to UA?
Will I be able to transfer my OnePass (CO) miles to my MileagePlus (UA) account once the merger is complete?

Agreed. Since the two accounts will merge after the merger, you will be able to use them together. Not sure how it will work, since it took some time after the US/America West merger, but they would be merged into one program after the date and most likely would combine activity from this year for qualifications (although not guaranteed).
