How long to wait for bonus points
 

I joined One-Pass and opened Chase checking account with CO Preferred debit card in mid-May. I have not seen the bonus points yet more than two months later. Should I be concerned?

Did you complete the transactions to earn the points?

There is a decent chance that Chase opened a new account for you instead of crediting your existing. I believe OPSC can check if you have multiple and fix that.

I'm in the same boat, sure I made the qualifying transaction and verified the OP account number.

Called yesterday, and they said it can take up to 10 weeks, and to call back at that point.

Glad to hear it's not just me.

Exactly what happened to me :confused: and what I had to do to (hopefully) get it fixed :mad: so if you signed up for a Chase Continental debit card and get what you think is junk mail from Continental - suggest you review the contents thoroughly. If it is a new OP number you did not request, it is likely the same snafu situation.
