If you noticed 10,000 OP miles disappear from your account...
I noticed that 10,000 miles disappeared from my account overnight. After checking the statement I noticed that it was the 10K mile Chase credit card $25K spending bonus.
I called and they said it was a Chase mess up and that they were working on it. It should be corrected in a couple of days.
Just thought I would mention it in case anyone else notices the same. I think they must have already received a ton of calls because she seemed a little tired of answering this question.

I rec'd the 10K bonus miles when my credit card statement closed (along with the regular mileage posting) at the end of June, and now that entry (and the miles) is gone.

I thought I was going crazy......It happened to me too.
I have far surpassed 25k spent with chase this year.
Anyone have an idea of what is going on? Mistake by who?

The One Pass rep said that Chase had mis-credited some accounts. So they removed the miles from all accounts that had been credited until they could go back and figure out which ones were mistakes. She said it should be corrected in a few days.

Did any of you spend $25K since June? From another thread it looks like the 10K miles promo is only good on spend starting in June. I think that's why all of us lost our miles.
In my case I have my $25K spend since January but certainly not since June.

I just called the Onepass call center, apparently these 10,000 miles that disappeared will be added to people's account that that has spent $25,000 from January 2010 to June 2010.
Looking at the T&C's of the offer it only states, that2010 Net Purchases will be counted from June 2010 to December 2010. It doesn't mention anything prior to June 2010, so who knows!
