Linking different tickets from different airlines

Due to different reimbursement policies, I had to buy four different tickets with copa, continental, singapour and Egypt airlines. All of them CO partners. Is there any way I can link them? (e.g to be protected in case I miss any connection due to a delay).

Thanks!

Nope.

Good luck.

I have a ticket booked on CO for EWR-HKG, is it possible to call CO to buy a connecting ticket on CX so that it is part of my reservation (I have not booked the connecting ticket yet)? I also would be worried about missed connections.

There would be a change fee since you're altering the first ticket.

Best to book all flights at the same time whenever possible.

I have purchased multi-carrier itineraries, specifically CO/CX connecting in HKG.

Channa is likely correct if you have already purchased your ticket.

In my case, CX would not pre-assign me a seat (something about a Fare Basis S rule) but I'm protected if I mis-connect.

If you're checking luggage, show the agent at the check in counter your connecting ticket receipt, so they'll check the bag to your final destination. When you get into HKG, you'll need to go to that airline's check in counter to get your boarding pass, then make sure you show them the baggage claim receipt so that put the number into their system. I connected CO to CX (not same network) and I had no problem. I was in Biz on CX, so I was able to go on the CX site to book a seat. You can also order a special meal online (they have them all, unlike CO).
