CO Z class?
 
I am looking at some nice fares from LHR-IAH-PHX and back, to be booked in BusinessFirst.

On the CO website the sectors all show up a Z class (Business class).

Do these book into F seats on the domestic sector between IAH-PHX?

Yes, the fare class is Z on the domestic sector as well which is First
