How to combine multiple e-certs when purchasing a flight? Is it possible?
 

Hi,

I have 2 $200 e-certs I must use in the next 4 days, can I combine them on a single reservation to discount the ticket $400? Do I have to book such a reservation over the phone only or does the WWW allow multiple certs also?

No, unless something has changed in the last year, you have to call in to use multiple certs. The form only allows you one online.

I have had the same problem. Try two one ways instead of a roundtrip (unless it prices much higher). Two OW, you can use two certs...

The system somehow managed to allow me to use a certificate + $$$ from my travel bank account.

Though the system said I was reserved, it never issued a confirmation. I called the web support line and was told the system can only take 1 discount product or it will not issue the ticket. They were able to fix it and use both my discounts.
