CO missing miles form
Did a search, but could not find anything recent:
how long after a CO flight should should you wait to fill out the missing miles credit form? I had one flight post in 3-4 days, but another flight has not posted after 10 days. thanks. yes I am impatient. |
You can do it ....but you're just going to get the old "wait 6 to 8 weeks" reply.
|
thanks.
has anyone had miles from a CO flight take 2 weeks or more to post? |
my DEQMs from the first DEQM this year took 2 wks from an international trip this year (all on CO metal).
RDMs take normal times (3-4 days). A little more interesting, I took a NW flight earlier in the year and they took 2 days to post to my OP acct! |
I am still waiting on the first leg of an Air France flight to post (second leg posted within a week of the flight, but that was nearly a month ago). I just sent the form in.
|
I don't know why, but it does seem like it is taking a little while longer for miles to post lately. I flew into IAH last Tuesday and the miles have not yet posted. As a matter of fact, when I logged into my account today to check and see if they had posted, it appears as though a previously posted flight is now not there. Hmmm....

CO changed mileage request process?
Gone are the printable mileage request forms for CO and partner flights (or they've moved it).
They've also changed the online request form - now (once you log on) your e-mail address and OP # are automatically filled and then you enter the ticket #. I am missing the mileage for a return flight from LV 10/6, but when I enter the ticket #, I get "We could not process your request, Please see message below and make revision". When I look below, there is my ticket # and "We were not able to Process your request. The ticket # is correct, but if it wasn't, there is no apparent way to change the info. Sounds like there are a few posters w/ missing mileage from last week, so I'll wait a couple of more days to call. The miles aren't that big of a deal to me since I'm Plat going forward, but my significant other is going to qualify by the narrowest of margins and she'll need the DEQMs for that short flight. She likes riding up front and this year's Gold will probably be next year's Plat. |

The form can be found on this page. The PDF link is here.

I had two flights from 9/30 post to my account and then disappear! (And my mileage balance went down accordingly.) The double EQM bonuses for these flights also posted and are still on the account.
I have an e-mail into OnePass to inquire as to what's going on... |

The CO 51 flight posted (10/11 flight) as well was the EWR-PIT (10/11 also) flight, however no posting of CO 50 on 10/6. I tried doing the online mileage request form and got the same "could not process request" message. Hopefully, they won't make us wait 6-8 weeks! - HF |
I'm also missing mileage from a flight IAH-SJC on 10/6. Mileage has always posted with a few days, so this seems unusual. Maybe there's a problem with flights on the 6th.
Since I'm also re-qualifying for Gold by a narrow margin, I don't want to wait too long and miss the deadline for filing, if it comes to that. |
Yay! I'm not alone. My 9/30 trip is not posted yet while return flight (10/4) is posted today. My case is DL flight, so I think I need boarding pass to write missing form, but unfortunately I dumped it out. I'll wait for a few more weeks before I give it up.
In the missing form, it says: Include a copy of your ticket receipt or travel agency invoice, including ticket number and your original boarding pass (if Continental or airline partner), or a copy of your qualifying purchase receipt (if a non-travel partner) |
Called the OPSC and they credited my account for the missing (10/6; CO 50) segment right away. No forms necessary.

I sent in a Missing Mileage Request with boarding passes for a couple of AMTRAK trips NYC-BOS about 3 weeks ago and they haven't posted yet. Should I give it more time or give them a call?

That's true. I was stupid. But what if it was a paperless boarding pass, through iPhone or blackberry? which is not my case, though. Just curious.

missing mile credit
I had a return flight get credited, but not the outgoing (both CO flights). The online mileage credit form was not accepting the ticket number I had.
Called Elite desk, they transferred me to Onepass service desk, and the person who answered said I'd get credit in 24-48 hours. |
How about this? My most recent account activity is listed with the following entry:
09/28/2009 Elite Status Twice as Fast Mileage: 0 Is that what everyone else is seeing? |
I am missing milage on a sunday flight, however the monday flight the next day posted.

My miles for the return SJC-IAH on 10/12 posted to my account, but the miles from the outbound IAH-SJC on 10/6 still had not, so I called the Elite Line. They transferred me to the OnePass Customer Service dept. Was told that the wait for an agent was 15-20 minutes, but an agent was on the line in 3 minutes (yay!)
She said that they had lots of problems with miles on the 6th, but she could put them in manually. Gave her the information she asked for and she said they would post at midnight. I'll check tomorrow and see. |

I'll check tomorrow and see. I filled in the missing miles form late night 10/10 (impatient, as looking to book reward), and the miles were there following morning. BTW, e-tkt # has to be entered in full, with leading zeros, even though the tab does not seem to accept all digits, oherwise you may get error message, as I did first time. Hope all goes well for you. |
My missing miles posted later that same day (after I called the Elite line). So if anyone is missing miles from last week, I suggest you call. They know there was/is a problem, and it seems to get resolved without drama.
