Berlin Lounge access?
 
I notice that the AF lounge is currently used for BF pax at Berlin; am I right in thinking that it will switch to Lufthansa on 10/24?

It is a safe bet it would. Starting Oct 25th

Too bad, I've always had the TXL AF lounge to myself...

I suspect we shall see very few AF lounges post-*a. In TXL both lounges are adjacent anyway.

The only time I've been in there by myself was right when it opened up in the morning. However, people starting coming in, many from the CO flight to EWR, shortly thereafter. It's a terrible lounge, although better than nothing, the snacks are all pre-packaged, and there aren't even restroom facilities. Now the LH lounges at TXL are great (although I've only been on the Senator lounge side). There are plenty of fresh snacks and dishes throughout the day. Lots of seating. It's a great place to wait for a flight. I can't wait for the switchover.

Thats when I have enjoyed it, waiting for the flight home first thing in the am. But even if the entire inbound flight stops in the lounge its all of 16 people in BF on a 752. I guess I can't compare to LH lounges as I have never been in one, hoping for the best!
