Something on this should be up on the magazine's web site soon, but I have no idea what.

Thanks, everyone. I'm very glad you liked it. I still cringe every time I read the words "air warriors," () and I'm not sure how my editor had the impression we flew home directly from Toulouse (especially since that contradicts the ending), but otherwise I'm very happy with how it turned out. And it was the most fun I've had on assignment in a very long time.

Well, until the second one of course
PS - I'm thinking of going to the bank branch tomorrow & putting a 3M stickey memo on the front cover of the magazine on the coffee table, saying see page 108
Cheers.

Holey moley - we have a new FTer due to that article!
She read it & joined. Is a pilot on fractional ownership type jet. Has been traveling since age 4, seen more cities/countries than most of us ever will in lifetime & can give George Clooney (ahem, Ryan Bingham) a run for his money.
Anyway, it was one of the very few times I was in chat. She came on. We ended up IM'in the entire time while I explained forums etc - and she was so excited to meet 'someone like her' (ie, who travels).
She raised her hand to go on StarMegaDoII. Cheers.

All,
Anyone who would like a copy of the article, please grab it from here. I checked with Greg who said it was okay to post this according to him, and hopefully CN themselves also have the same opinion.
(If not, feel free to email me the C&D notices. )
