Apologies for not responding earlier but I cannot post at work.
Thank you very much for your kind wishes!^ It is much appreciated.
It was a bit embarising to come into work and find your desk full of balloons saying the big " 40" and 40 confetti all over your desk together with a big Happy birthday poster over your pc. ( not to mention a large 40 lapel badge with flashing bulbs that you have to wear allday!
