Sharon just called.

Cheryl passed away about 15 minutes ago.

I'm so sorry to hear the news. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you in this difficult hour. I just wish that at least one of my postcards has reached Cheryl while she could still read it. Please take some comfort in the fact that you were there for Cheryl until the last moment and that you have undoubtedly brought some joy to her with this wonderful project.

At sad times, such as the passing of a loved one, the online community at Flyertalk always seems to pull together to stand by one of our family. While we can't be there with you Sharon, we're all thinking about you. This is one time when FT karma heads your way in a most substantial way.
