Excellent question- IIRC I'm off around 4:30 or 6:30 on Sunday or 8:45 PM on Monday if we want a meetup somewhere. But its dependent when you make it to town or when your flight leaves.
Update: Thanks for the responses and sorry for the short notice. My trip was a short one and hope to return again. I enjoyed my time and was fortunate to have 4 sunny warm\hot days in ANC ande FAI |
I have a family dinner every Sunday night where I get to marvel at how fast my Grandson is growing up and a business dinner after work on Monday, so I will not be available. Perhaps some other time. :(

I'm back in Anchorage this week but only have Saturday Lunch (Sept. 15) availability to meet-up. I'll likely be downtown without a car so someplace like Glacier Brewhouse would work out well. But I'll take other suggestions - anyone free then?
Loved that halibut pizza at Moose's Tooth last time and it was great to meet up with you guys then. |

I'm very happy to report I'm going to be making my first trip to Alaska next month. I will be arriving in Anchorage at 12:30 PM on Saturday October 27th and leaving 1:12 AM Monday October 29th (quick trip, I know). I'd love to meet up with some people for dinner/drinks/whatever and also get some suggestions on how to best enjoy my time in The Last Frontier.
Ironically, this will be my 49th state. Fitting as Alaska is in fact, the 49th state! |
