Hi Folks,

Still making plans, but it appears work brings me to Chicago July 12-14.
I envision four options:
1) Chicago Cubs Game Sat or Sun afternoon
2) Repeat of the lovely Chocolate at the Pen Do
3) Emmanuel Ax at Ravinia on Jul 13.
4) Lunch/Brunch on Saturday
5) All of the above :)

Chris, a look at Cubs.com suggests that Cubs games on the weekends are pretty much sold out for the summer. If you want to do that, you'll probably have to try StubHub, which means paying quite a premium. If you can get to town on Friday, you'd have a better shot at a game at a little cheaper price. I'd be happy to do that with you if you are able/interested.

I'm potentially interested in most of the activities you have mentioned, particularly a repeat of the chocolate do. :)

I understand izzik has a fabulous West Loop condo under construction. Perhaps it will be ready for a cocktail party by the time you arrive? :)

Will you be giving massages too? ;)

Wow. It seems that the West Loop is becoming an FT 'hood. I think there are, or will be, at least four of us in and around the area.

How often do you guys do something like this? I'm moving to Chicago in late-July. Sounds like it'd be a lot of fun
