Brief FFP Questionnaire - Need Your Help
 

I'm doing a small report about FF Programs and upgrades for my university, and need to do a survey as a part of it. It's a very brief one, and I'd appreciate if people here would be willing to take it. The questionnaire will take about five minutes of your time, and has questions about award redemption and upgrades.

There is no forum. All you have to do is go to the first post in this thread, click on LH747FTL's name (where it appears in blue); then click on "send a private message to LH747FTL".

Give him your e-mail address and he will send the questionnaire to you.

A big thank you for everybody who helped me with this. I just sent out the last few surveys, and should now have the required number of responses.
