i am extremely humbled and honored but are you sure? surely there are other f/t'ers who have contributed much much more.

Reading through this thread I knew that there was nobody who could come close to opus17.

Just reading this post of yours made a smile come to my face as I reflected on some of your posts from the past. OK have to admit Quiet Lion also comes close but his humor was dry compared to your gut spitters. ;)

Aw, jones, those who know ya dig your humo(u)r. :) Second that give it up for alanw...he's had me absolutely busting up more than a few times...if you've ever hung with him, he's got a rare wry and smart sense of ironic humor about him. Last but not least, disgruntled goat a.k.a. mr.furious...now THAT dude had one of the most classic FT posts of all time... There are tons of others deserving a tip of the fred lid, FWIW, but they're funny in person much more so than they are online.

Thanks, magic111, but I like dry humor. Mine is mostly moist, and very often soggy. It's kind of gross, to tell the truth. Who wants wet, sloppy humor?
