You are in luck with shopping on 30 May. Wednesdays is swap meet days at Aloha Stadium. A must if you want cheap souveniors to take back to the folks back home. If you want high end shopping, look no further than Ala Moana Mall (near Waikiki) or just walk along Kalakaua in Waikiki. While Slippahs thinks that best shave ice is on the Big Island, I still think that Matsamoto's in Haliewa (North Shore) is top notch. Enjoy your trip to Oahu. I am still deciding about the FT DO on the 29th. I will be here on the island but will be in the middle of packing up my stuff for shipment to the mainland. I will let you know.

Hoooooooold up there a second. I think the best shave ice is Waiolas in McCully. Not Itsus or some cheap-look alike on the Big Island.

I just found out about this today and there are no more $19 interisland fares. We're going to be on Kauai May 26-June 3. May 29th is my birthday!
