Can anyone tell me if this is the best forum for sharing itineraries, stopover recommendations, meetings for dinner or lunch ( so I don't have to dine in my room)? Interested in meeting people that travel as much as I do, but don't like to dine alone! By the way, I am a male & I'm not looking for escorts!

Welcome to FT!! When you know your travel schedule and when you'd want to meet up with others, post a new thread with the location, date and what you're looking for (drinks, lunch, dinner, etc) ... it's always amazed me how frequently someone else is travelling or living in that location who's also interested in the event and would respond.
