Munich Dinner 17 February 7:00PM Presidents Day Weekend
If you're in München for Presidents Day Weekend (USA), please consider joining your fellow FTers for some, ahem, pig knuckles. Following AJLondon's advice, given in this thread, we'll meet at

The website has directions, but basically I think you want to land (your feet, not aircraft) near Marienplatz. Munich is an easy city to travel about, is way hip, and relatively cheap...what more could one ask?
There will be some Saturday sightseeing, PM me if you're interesting in joining in.
While this restaurant specializes in Bavarian style pork, there are plenty of non-pork and non-meat options.

I'm looking into it. I'm booked to Stuttgart that weekend, but am checking on how "flexible" the DB trains onward from Frankfurt are, as AA codeshares. Chsrisxsb is moving that weekend, up near Frieberg, and was also looking into helping out.

I have some meetings earlier that day, but will plan to be there for the Haxen. After all, one has to eat someplace, eh? 
By the way, the Hofbräuhaus is only about two blocks away from the Haxnbauer, so if someone has a bit of time to spend and hasn't seen one of Munich's famed tourist attractions, there's your chance.
