Yes he is.

How to tell? On the video, from about 3:05 onward, the bright yellow FT tag attached to his backpack makes a few cameo appearances.

But for some reason, the planes in flight were Southwest and Aeromexico.

It's clearly a ruse, intended to mislead viewers into thinking that if they fly Southwest STL-CHI-DFW-BOS and then the little-known Aeromexico nostop BOS-SNN, they can get into the nice AA lounge at DFW! :)

Either that, or TV people have no clue and rely too heavily on file footage. But that's inconceivable!

Not to mention the United one that's shown as the subject is said to getting on his next trip...which is pretty unlikely :)

It's probably just file footage of random planes.

That's Alamedaguy, Skye1, myself, and another MR'er raising our glasses to a successful MR in the Aer Lingus lounge in SNN.

That was a fun trip.

One of these days, I prolly otta' write a trip report.

I look so tired in that thing (interview in Boston's A/C) NOT because of the MR. The flights were actually relaxing, but because I was up all night the night before--NBC's i.d./credentials and t.v.-quality camera equipment didn't arrive, so I was up most of the night with Burbank & New York figuring on buying one (Circuit City was open 'til midnight for the holidays) and then how to work it and make sure the batteries were charged before getting to STL at 3:30a for the first footage, and onward to having to jump over a kid at ORD (where the ORD footage abruptly stops before looking "down" at the poor soul), being queried at length by the FAM's, then the DFW police, being mistakenly mobbed in BOS for autographs by people convinced I was some soap opera star and having to be "rescued" from the crowd by airport security, the fantastic (and dangerously fun!) crew of FTers on the BOS/SNN all-FT party flights--good times!, the poor 2 non-FTers on same flights who were quickly "assimilated" by all of us:D, the GA in SNN almost in tears because we weren't staying long enough to visit her beautiful country, etc. etc. etc....

FTer Francophile was with us as well, but I think he was getting his Cadbury fix at the duty free in SNN when that "lounge shot" was taken....which prompted a few of us to do likewise.
That was FUN indeed!!!!! I still remember those BOS/SNN party flights...and the only two people in the F cabin who weren't FTers and were wondering what they gotten themselves into :D

We SO need to that again! ....minus the cameras.
