Where at IAD

so i'm flying to SFO in the afternoon and was wondering what the best bar would be to go to to watch the world cup. anybody have any suggestions? thanks!

i'm going to try and get the 3PM match. i hope it is open. isn't there a sam and harry's down there too? i'm going to get there eary and try some bar hopping haha cause sam's brewhouse is nice as well :)
