Requirements for Omni/Coupon Connection Forums

I have looked to no avail, what are the requirements for Omni and Coupon Connection? I woudl like to know when I will be able to browse or post there.

Although the requirements have changed over time, currently for Coupon Connection it's 90 days of membership and 90 posts. For OMNI, it's 180 days and 180 posts.
