Chicago Lunch - Friday 30 December
 

Since someone (not to be named) mentioned to me yesterday "I miss my pals and stir fry"...it's time for another Chicago lunch at Flat Top Grill. We figured we could get one last FTG lunch in before the end of the year -- look forward to seeing those who are interested.

ok ok, I'll go as it has been awhile :)

Unfortunately, I have plans on Wednesday. :( I could make it any other day.

Wednesday isn't great - I have a 1pm client conference which I cannot reschedule. I might be able to make it, but I'll have to leave right at 12:30.

So would Friday 30Dec be better?

I'm definitely out for Wednesday, as I now also got scheduled into a staff meeting from 11-12:30. :(

But I can make Friday.

maybe, depends if I go to the great white north for NYE on that Friday morning. But no worries, I'm sure there will be other FT gatherings at FT in 2006 ;) :)

Friday would work for me, but I would hate to be reponsible, even in small part, for Sweet Willie not being able to make it for lunch, and to Flat Top at that! (From at least one other thread, I can see he is filled with the Christmas spirit! ;) )

Great...of course no matter which day I pick, someone(s) won't be able to make it... :( Is there some small chance SweetWillie might be able to make it if we do Friday?

Whether we go to the cottage on Friday am will be a very last minute decision so do what is good for the group. ^

There easy street parking there?

If you give yourself a little time, you can usually find meter parking on the street within a few blocks. Otherwise, valet parking is only $6.

I would say just go right for the valet... not worth the anxiety of meter feeding!
