Congrats to skye1 on his 'Televised" MR !!
 

I woke up this morning and happened to have NBC's Today Show playing in the 'background'...All of sudden, I hear about an upcoming story on MR's,,,and wonder whether it could be someone I know or have heard about, or others have mentioned to me...;)

Lo and behold, the segment is about SKYE 1's STL-ORD-DFW-BOS-SNN adventure and 'why' we'd do these things.....I note that there's a thread on this in the MR forum, but I wouldnt' have found it had I not seen the TV segment. Perhaps it will be of interest to others who aren't 'regular' MR readers....

Thanks for the kind words. For all who didn't get the heads up sooner, I regret not being able to get the word out sooner, but the green light from the producers that the show would be ready today just came last night, while I was away at a friends' Christmas party. I was still making trips to FedEx to get them stuff as late as Thursday night.

I hear some of the FTers will be sending the show to you to link up so we can see it. Do you think you would do this or is there any way we can see the story somewhere else? I sure would love to see the story.

I'm not sure NBC will post it to their weekend today show or not...but I'm looking into it for you. For one, it's not an "essential" or "big time" story, so not sure if it will "make the cut" as far as stuff that gets put on line. I've got the e-mails & numbers of the producers involved, and I have to go over a few things post-show with them anyways, so I'll ask and if I hear anything, I'll let you know.
