Anyone for a BBQ-DO in KC?

A couple of folks on the CO DO thread suggested there may be interest in a "Q-DO" in Kansas City. I'd be happy to host a tour of the local BBQ joints (Gates, Arthur Bryants, Original Joe's, Jack Stack, etc) if there's enough interest....

PM me if you're interested and let me know when it would be convenient.

Oooh YUM! I'm definitely up for it, depending on the dates. Jan/Feb is probably good for me.

I will be in Topeka, flying in/out of MCI, but not until May.

Sounds great to me! Since I live in KC, I'll definitely make time to attend. ^

Great link! I agree with a lot of the reviews.... and found a few other good joints in the list (like Boardroom) that I haven't frequented lately, but which have good Que. :D

Any chance of doing it in connection with a Chiefs game, maybe a playoff in January? If there is one, I'm planning on being there.

Bryants!!!

KC BBQ makes that Texas stuff taste like grade A dog food.
