After a long day of some last minute Christmas shopping I was very surprised to come home and see that my secret santa gift had arrived by FedEx, especially since according to the e-mail I received it was not supposed to be delievered until Tuesday, December 27th.

Therefore, THANKS a bunch to my secret santa!! The Japan guidebook and phrasebook will be a great help when I travel to Tokyo in March-Thanks so much!!

Well, it came! A beautiful book!

(I'll spread some chocolate on it and eat it! ;) )

Truly, there's hours of pleasure looking at the photos of some of most remarkable places in the world. My youngest son, 20, and I will note the places we've been and the places we wish to go.

OK, I usually don't like opening stuff before the big day, but wanted to get to this stuff so I could properly thank my santas, everything is absolutly perfect. Some people were over as I was opening them, and they are like where did you get that, how did they know, wish we thought of it, etc.

Once again, thanks to all the FF people, and Bill for setting it all up again.

Thank You Santa! I came home from dragging my boss around on Tuesday and found a box with some pretty cool toys to play with. The tinplate DC3 is da Bomb! I received several teases over the past several weeks (using HOM as the return address really threw me off). Thanks again to White Plains Santa ^

Dear My Seattle based Secret Santa!

This is the first chance I had to write (between work and the cat sitting business - this is THE BUSY SEASON for Kitties needing visits)

THANK YOU! The gifts are purrfect. The deck of home design cards will be a major help as I slowly redux my home. I asked the Kitty Santa for something from Pottery Barn... guess you two worked together on that gift card! I invision it helping get a nice rug or something.

You have excellent taste Seattle Secret Santa. I hope you got something special as well.

Oh, and thanks Santa Wharvey. I have not been disappointed in doing Secret Santa most of these past few years.

I was able to have a nice dinner with my Secret Santa when she was in town & she gave me my gift then. (I posted earlier in this thread about this.)

On Friday, I came home to find a gift from my SS giftee!!! (Thank you!)

Today (December 25) I received a phone call from my Secret Santa wishing me a Merry Christmas. She also told me that she is sending me another gift this week! (Thank you!)

I got home today to get a wonderful package (a CD, model plane, and some very collectible souvenirs) from my Secret Santa in Petaluma CA (I'll have to do some research) :)

If you change the she to he; I'd swear it was Dovster and he was still hitting on you.

A great thank you to my santa! I really did enjoy all the postcards, and would you know it, the calendar was the second puppy calendar I recieved this year...! Thanks!
