Back at work in Germany. And it's definitly way too cold.

I had a good time in Bali. Thanks to the organizers. ^
And special thanks to Savio for letting me stay in his 'room'. :D

It's sunny in London, and just at the right temperature (15 degrees) for me. I'm in denial about being back so I'm not cynical and bitter yet. :D

Thanks to Do Organizers cawhite and StarG (aka Papa-San, i.e., special-definition PPS ;) ) for the initiative to organize and the execution. (And my personal thanks to CGK for being such a sport about touring me around Bali, explaining Indonesia to me, and taking me to such good places to eat -- my appointment with the treadmill has been slotted into my weekend schedule!).

Since those from the SQ Lounge Forum know me as a rather infamous list-maker, indulge me with the the following game for "Best of the Weekend" prizes (well, no real prizes, really, just lotsa credit for making my long weekend a very memorable one :) ^ ):
  • Best Cleopatra Imitation
  • Best Victim of a Croaking Flasher
  • Best Noise Made When Woken Up with a Spank
  • Best Swimsuit for Sunrise Gazing (two are in a tie for this one)
  • Best Status/Mileage Run that Incorporated the Bali Do
  • Best Storyteller (ask about the "dutyfree goose" and "the dog who came back to life")
  • Best Ability to Touch SQ Cabin Crew with Party Flight Cake
  • Worst Geisha Apprentice (oy !!! ;) :p :D )
  • Most Perplexed Staff Member When Faced with the Number and Variety of the Bali Doers On the Party Flight to SIN
Are my categories too obvious? ;)

Thanks, y'all, for a weekend burned (joyfully) in my memory. :) ^

P.S. I have noticed that no pics have been posted yet. Oh please please please let it be because of self-restraint and/or the threat of retaliatory pics. ;) :D

I know the answers to these:
[*]Best Noise Made When Woken Up with a Spank
[*]Best Ability to Touch SQ Cabin Crew with Party Flight Cake
[*]Best Geisha Apprentice (oy !!! ;) :p :D )

I think I know the answer to this:
[*]Best Status/Mileage Run that Incorporated the Bali Do

I think I know 1/2 the answer to this:
[*]Best Swimsuit for Sunrise Gazing (two are in a tie for this one)

The others I must've missed.

I already told you when I would post my photos... :p

Edited to add...Does anyone have a photo of the cake from the party flight that they can email to me? Thanks! :)

I stand corrected. You're right, of course. The least I can do is to give him an A for practicing his walk at such a bizarre hour in front of a crowd of rowdy DP drinkers. :p :D

It's a deterrent - called M.A.E - Mutually Assured Embarassment, and a concept taken from the nuclear cold war :p
