Mine is due to a set of books I read when I was 12, the Dragonriders of Pern by Anne McCaffrey. My mom read these books when they came out, the first scifi author EVER on the best seller list (1969). I have continued to read them, and they've influenced my collections... I have over 250 dragons

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. McCaffrey at her home in Ireland last year

Mine is the UA flight on which I've flown the most. I think I've done 15-20 runs on UA959.

I do, however, think that flight has lost against UA809. But I'm not going to change it...

Mine just says I like to fly high (no, not like THAT). Just in life. And in the air.

And no smart comments about the little asterisks!

When once you have experienced being a 1K, you will forever fly the friendly skies with your eyes set on 100% mileage bonus and SWUs, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return, every year!

It's one of the companies I run...who also pays for the computer I'm typing this on. Also, and not coincidentally, it's one of my favorite condiments!
