Looks like Wed is out for me now that I have checked my schedule. So, this Thursday somewhere in VA. Do we have a consensus? Venue to be determined.

How about we meet on Thurs 6:30 PM at DCA by the traveller's aid station as you cross the bridge from the Metro. If the special guest shows up, fine. Otherwise, we can go elsewhere.

You need to pick a restaurant so folks that are late know where to go ... I'm a maybe for DCA.

Why don't we do 7 pm this Thursday at Legal Sea Foods, right outside security near the US Airways gates. That way both the locals and perhaps anyone traveling through DCA can join us.

Since the very special guest isn't coming, I'd be inclined with going someplace other than the airport. My suggestion: Chevys in Pentagon City. There is a metro stop & you can usually find a parking space on the street within a couple of blocks (or you can always pay for the parking lot). Some other friends of mine usually meet up there with me but we haven't met up there in several weeks & won't be meeting there again till a week from Friday. I've missed the mexican food.

Since Alysia suggested it, how about Chevy's at Pentagon City 7 PM. There are other places nearby if we want to change plans.

Right across South Hayes Street from the Ritz-Carlton and the mall. Franny & I will be there around 7, give or take.

Today Thursday?!? I have to be in Georgetown by 8pm but I will try and swing by for one drink.

Happy hour is in the bar area, until 7pm I believe. Is FlyerTalk getting a table or one of the high tables in the bar area? Who all is coming?

Today, huh? Just saw this now, and considering it's in my own back yard.... I'll definitely try to come by. How does one recognize the FT crowd anyway? Have never actually been to any events before.... :eek:

I made a reservation under Flyertalk for 8-10 people at 7PM. So you folks better show up !!!
