But after about 20 pints there wasn't much ability to grip a phone let alone find a number. So our pre-emptive warning texts went a trifle wasted. :o

Next time you guys set out to do me, give me a little more warning. I'll roll over. :)

A drunk (although no one was quite willing to admit it) call from San Antonio.

PlatBrownGuy (who apparently has no idea who I am but somehow *cough*punki*cough got my phone number anyway) and despite his tender age is drinking mezcal and diet sprite and will be consuming a worm before the night is over.

Punki is "not really drunk" so this doesn't really count as a drunk call.

Drunk Multi-Party Phone Call

To clafiry, "multi-party" does not mean "talk to more than one drunk" or "go to more than one party" unless you're trying to get or make a drunk phone call and need help from another F/Ter connecting with the aforementioned drunk caller :D.

Note: Does the drunk phone call coming via a multi-party conference call made due to someone's being phone-challenged count?? :D :D

I'm sure PlatBrownGuy wasn't wondering who the heck was calling him from this area code :D (but I was glad to help connect a couple of F/Ters): He was too busy wondering why people were getting ready for bed apparently not realizing that he was still in THEIR room at the time??

Unless you're sleeping with the host, that's usually a good sign that the party is over, or at least needs to be moved to another room. :D

I have been at at least one FT after-party in someone's suite where the host and/or co-host has either gone to bed, passed out, or left for the airport.

In fact, I may have resembled that remark on at least one occasion, IIRC.

And I'm still not quite sure who all I talked to and where they were calling from  :( but 702 is Vegas so it's all good.

And once Hunki put his jim-jams on I got going ;).

No, i didn't eat the worm... I could barely get through a couple of inches of the bottle - I'd rather drink 151. But I did wear a giant sombrero all the way across downtown San Antonio ^.

ROTFLMAO!!!!!

So does it count if you are with your friends getting hammered and a sober FTer calls you and you babble (or yell) drunkenly for almost a half-hour?

(And I do apologize... I passed out not too long after that....) ;)

3:45 a.m. A very interesting call from NYC that didn't make a lot of sense (except that I gather two FTers missed their train to New Jersey).

;)

Missing trains is epidemic in NYC. I missed at least 5 one night due to SeeYa twisting my arm. :D

funny.. I got a few of those too. It's funny how the same people who call you a wuss for leaving the party early to go to bed, will later leave voice messages (after they've missed the last bus) saying they should have followed my lead. :D
