Paging @ISTFlyer
 

I haven't seen @ISTFlyer in TK forum for months, and I just want to see if anyone knows how he is doing. ISTFlyer has contributed some great information about TK and he was pretty frequent in the TK forum since I started flying with TK (for more than 10 years now).

Far more effective to send a PM to a member you are curious about.

Good idea although I feel a bit weird to write PM to someone I don't know so well... I remember a few FTers that were active but not anymore, such as Sophiegirl from Hyatt and Marriott - she PMed me once a long time ago and I was wondering how she is doing.

Maybe I'm getting too attached to FT :D

I'm not putting you down with the following comment, but push that feeling aside and just do it.

expansion of one's social circle (I feel), is incredibly important. Flyertalk is a great way to meet individuals that you have something in common with.

Agreed, a wealth of knowledge that's missed.

I wrote him a PM but: "ISTFlyer has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

I have the same issue too and I hope FT can give us a bigger mailbox. I know I can export them and I did but I forgot where I stored them.

I checked his profile and saw that he was still active last month. However, he was very quiet in the TK forum and mostly posting on the BA one. He used to be very active in the TK forum and contributed so much there and we all have been benefiting for years.

Suggestion. Do what I do. Every so often go through your in and out box and Delete old messages. ;)
