It's hard to believe that the last time we met was over three years ago, but I think it's time to restart them. Actually, it was time to restart them a while ago but, well, life happens.

Finding an indoor place for winter Dos is never easy, and certainly no more so now. And with fewer people commuting to the city, it makes less sense to use it as a central hub. I wanted to throw out a suggestion and hope that it works for the crowd. In the past, we've hosted people at my house and just did potluck and ordered pizza (My wife is also a mileage junkie and we are working on the kids.). We live in Brookline, so we have a T stop two blocks away as well as plenty of street parking.

One other thing: I used to have a handy dandy list of people who wanted to be contacted about Dos when they were announced. In fact, I'm sure that I still have that list. The problem is that I have no idea where it is, and it's likely out of date, anyway. Thus, I ask two things:

1) Indicate yes, no or maybe. We're two months out, so I anticipate that there will be a lot of maybes. That's cool. Status is fully changeable and refundable. Just keep an eye on the thread occasionally as we get closer.

2) If you want to be on the new notification list, please indicate in your response.

I'll occasionally update this post with responses.
