Decision made on one of the bottles we will bring to the Do. Since Dan always likes to taste a sweety, in one of our trips west we found something we really liked. It is a Gehringer Brothers Ehrenfels Minus 9 Ice Wine from the Naramata Bench overlooking Okanagan Lake. Second bottlet TBD.

I have (what I think is) a very special wine product for the DO. Something that is not sold here in the United States and is one of my favorites

Once a spot opens, I'll be able to clear you.

Just for clarity, you're currently on the waitlist. Sometimes a space becomes available as we get closer to the dinner, and / or when I ask for pre-payment.

I hereby retract my statement. Attendance now also looks bleak now. I am going to be in ICN now for my CMS Advanced Sommelier exam then.

So noted. If anyone still wants to join us for dinner, a Waitlist spot has become available.

We'll discuss payment around Memorial Day, so about 4 weeks from now. No rush.

Yield management can't open any additional seats. The private room limits us to 24.

Paypal payment info coming within the next week. Have a great weekend everyone.

June 26th is a month away. Time to start thinking about what you're going to bring. If you need to source from my cellar, let me know. I have plenty of $35 - $50 wine; or if 2 of you decide to share a bottle, I have several $70 - $85 bottles of wine. I can also manage 3 people going in on a bottle.

Edit > for those coming with a +1, everyone would appreciate a better bottle of wine ie bring a $70 bottle instead of 2 bottles of $35 wine. This is only a suggestion.
